Do you work with NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 or 2.x?
Both — but we default to SuiteScript 2.1 for new work (the modern, async-friendly version) and only touch SuiteScript 1.0 when maintaining legacy scripts. We'll flag opportunities to modernize 1.0 code to 2.1 during any engagement that touches it.
How do you price CRM and ERP projects?
Flat-fee, 2-to-4 week projects at $10,000 to $25,000 covers most scoped work: a migration, a custom SuiteScript module, a Salesforce-to-HubSpot transition, a cross-platform sync, or a pipeline rebuild. Larger multi-module rollouts are scoped separately.
Can you help us choose between NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot?
Yes, and we will actually tell you the truth. NetSuite for inventory-heavy or multi-entity operations. Salesforce for sales-team-scale and ecosystem depth. HubSpot for marketing-led GTM under $50M ARR. We've implemented all three and have no vendor allegiances.
Do you integrate with Zoho, Pipedrive, or other CRMs?
Yes — Zoho we've shipped multiple times, Pipedrive we've integrated with, and anything with a REST API is fair game. Non-NetSuite/Salesforce/HubSpot work follows the same 2-to-4 week fixed-scope pattern.
What about ongoing support after the project?
Included: 30 days post-launch for bug fixes and minor iterations. Optional retainer: $500–$2,000/month for ongoing SuiteScript, Apex, or automation additions. Many clients move to fractional CTO retainers to unify all technology work under one relationship.
